I currently own 21 units consisting of mostly single family homes. Have a few duplexes and 4 commercial properties. I am also in a few partnerships in commercial buildings. I like to buy and hold for income but looking to also buy for appreciation. I got lucky and bought everything between 2009-2013 in the housing crash. I have owned a small landscape business for the past 23 years. Before that I was a high school teacher for 2 years. I am starting to spend more time on the rental properties and hope to give up the grind of the landscaping business soon. My goal is to start investing in Florida and would like to connect with someone to get that going. Also enjoy learning from BP community.
