I'm in pursuit of financial independence and freedom by investing in real estate. I'm currently in the market for a triplex or quadplex that I will finance via an FHA or a 203K loan to add value. My plan is to utilize the BRRRR strategy and live in one unit while the tenants pay the rent and principle, with me eventually moving out after a year to fulfill the FHA guidelines.
