Tony Karns

Hi I'm Tony. I am a cyber threat exercise coordinator, a private pilot (in training), car enthusiast, Military Veteran, little league coach and a avid DIYer. I purchased my first home in 2013 as a foreclosure with the intent of selling once I graduated from college. I was blessed with the opportunity to do about 80% of the remodel of my home. This has given me a lot of knowledge and understand of the rehab process and the various cost. I do not have a Real Estate license yet , but will begin to work on that very soon. I am excited to get to network with other people who share some of my passions about creating a whole different lifestyle for themselves.
