Commercial Real Estate Appraiser with over 30 years of Commercial and Residential valuation experience in multiple markets for diverse users including direct lenders, secondary markets, taxing authorities, and litigation. I have some investment properties including flips and rehabs, but have been out of that market for a while. I am interested in transitioning into development roles over the next several years, with a preliminary focus on site selection and entitlements, but am open to many opportunities .
