Tony Nguyen

Tony Nguyen, a Florida native, is a Commercial Real Estate Broker specializing in Retail Investment Sales across the Mid-Florida region. Tony is a recipient of the prestigious CCIM designation and brings a wealth of real estate experience to lead The TRG Group. Trusting his entrepreneurial spirit at the early age of 19 and deciding not to complete college, Tony’s real estate career began in Surf City Huntington Beach, California in 2003. Soon after, he was named one of the top 10 real estate agents in his market, eventually climbing to the top 1% of all Brokers in Southern California. In 2009, Tony moved back home to Central Florida to be closer to his loved ones. In addition to Investment Brokerage, Tony is the founder of a real estate investment group that buys, sells and manages a portfolio of Multi Tenant Retail, Single Tenant Retail, Multifamily Apartments and a few multi-location full-service restaurants. When not at the office, he enjoys being a Husband, Father, Son, Brother and a role model. He likes to read books and watch videos about psychology, fitness, nutrition and exploration travel. He’s played racquetball and enjoyed weight training since his teenage years and has been an avid skier for the past 15 years.
