I am a newbie investor living in Chicago's Western Suburbs. I purchased my first home at the end of 2017. This was technically a live-in flip that I occupied for 6 years. I was able to sell this home at the peak of the market in 2021. I then acquired an amazing off-market single-family home partly by accident which I did minor cosmetic improvements to and am currently living in as my primary residence with my girlfriend. I am looking to invest my capital into single-family and small multifamily properties either locally or out of state. Markets I am looking at but are not limited to are Florida and Michigan. Looking to connect with investor-friendly agents, as well as, other investors who are potentially looking to partner on deals!
