Ronald Fontenot Jr

Started my career in construction straight out of high school in 1987 but hail from a family of carpenters so I've been in it literally all of my life. Learned early on that a better path was as a contractor. These days I mainly build new coastal homes and do remodeling as well. With the recent change in the economy, I am looking to branch into real estate investing to secure my retirement. I've always been interested in RE but honestly have been too unsure about diving in without some sort of mentorship. After finding BP, I think I have the catalyst to propel me forward, and hope to replace my construction career with a career in RE. I'm late to the game, but I think with my knowledge and construction experience I can make this work for me. I'm looking forward to making connections here and in the RE industry as a whole to help me in my endeavors and believe that ultimately I can give back. My ultimate life goal is to reach a point where I can secure my family financially, be able to travel at will, spend a lot of time fishing, and still be comfortable enough to give it a lot of it away.
