Hello BP community, I recently became interested in Real Estate Investing. My focus is primarily going to be rental properties. But I'm open to any deal that makes sense. I work in the construction industry as a Construction Superintendent doing commercial tenant improvements around the Bay Area. RE agents, lenders, contractors & wholesalers let's talk!
