I'm a Marylander, father of 5, Full-time Personal Trainer, Part-time Health & Exercise Science Professor, and Rental Property Investor specializing in BRRRR projects in Memphis, TN. My goal is to escape the daily 'need' for money, and be available for my wife, kids, extended family, and friends to live a free life of rich experiences and memories. More specifically, I want to be able to pick my kids up from school everyday. I've developed a great team in Memphis and am looking to continue to grow. In my first 2 years of investing I acquired 10 properties. Before my first 'active' 2 years of investing, I dove deep into weekly Bigger Pockets Podcasts and Webinars for a solid year. I own and focus on single family rentals, but will level up to multifamily at some point! I've heard so many people say "I've thought about flipping houses" or "I thought about buying a rental property". But taking action is so rare. Most people find an excuse to stop those thoughts in their tracks. Find a way or make it. Everyone starts out as a spectator in the sport of real estate investing- find your "why", prepare yourself with a safe level of knowledge, and get in the game! Don't be afraid to learn as you go. "Don't talk about it- be about it."
