I'm a 35 year old off investor who is trying to start out. my desired vehicle are multi-families. i really want to own apartment buildings. I have a nervous money partner and we both have been fairly hesitant to move forward, him more so than me, because its his money. that being said, I have put a small number of offers forward, though feel that I missed some great opportunities because of that hesitation. Hopefully this is near its end, as my money partner says he will ante up within this month. Also, Im a Canadian from Victoria, and am looking to invest in Nanaimo, bc.
