I am a licensed, residential Real Estate Appraiser in New Jersey. I have a 19 year old son who is attending college for golf course design and management in Myrtle Beach, SC and I also have a 4 year old who keeps me on my toes! I love all aspects of real estate and investing, and I try to absorb as much information as possible. Currently have properties in West Milford, NJ and Myrtle Beach, SC. and looking to grow my portfolio in 2008!
