Married, Work full time in IT, grew up doing repairs in real estate property for family in St. Louis. Learned early on you cant do everything yourself. Moving back to St. Louis after being in KS/KC for past 12+ years. Experience: Long timer planner and lurker, but just now starting into the real estate game. Started in 2007 accidental landlord ,got out in 2010 and getting back in now. 2013 formed LLC and got a business partner to start getting back in. Partner left shortly after so been flying solo. Real Estate Goals: Buy and hold, rehab and hold. Ultimate Goal retire in 5-10 years using passive income. Currently Seeking: Knowledge, connections, creative financing options such as portfolio / hard money lenders.
