Tracey Callison

I'm a librarian and hobby chocolatier who has been interested in REI for years and decided it's time to make the deep dive. I'm in the process of researching REI and am interested in meeting with anyone with stories and enthusiasm to share! Update: I am finding myself drawn most to the BRRRR model/buy&hold. I'd be very interested in collaborating with a more experienced partner on something in that area with the idea that I'd be learning as I go and building expertise and connections, not just a hands-off money-lender.
