Tracy Scanlon

Tracy founded Edge and Up for those owners who want an a la carte option with their properties. She handles acquisition to renovation, marketing, full occupancy and maintenance. Her love of real estate began with a disaster - a condo she couldn't sell during the 2008 housing crash. Instead, she found a tenant and a passion for property management. From there, she was able to turn a small nest egg into a multi-million dollar investment portfolio. She loves what she does and the city she does it in.
