Experience: I personally have over 20 years experience in real estate. I did my first flip in 1999. Since then I have been active in all facets of real estate investing. I have done over 60 flips and over 100 buy and holds. I have a property management company, Renters Place, in Tulsa and Oklahoma City We currently manage about 600 units with the majority of those being single family and duplexes.
