I am a Registered Nurse with a good W-2 income. I love what I do but I would like to set myself up to be able to scale back my work hours when I'm ready. I have limited real estate experience other than my own home. My goal is to start out flipping houses to build up my account so I can eventually begin start buying and holding properties for the long term. I'm hoping to have the opportunity to find a mentor that I can work with to grow my knowledge in real estate.
