Mission: To support real estate investors so they can pursue their life mission. Experience: I house hacked my first home, a duplex, in 1999 before it had such a catchy name. I have been learning ever since through books, classes, clubs, podcasts, and personal experience. My passion for REI continues to grow even after my share of hard knocks in the great recession as I am convinced of the benefits and importance of real estate in an investment portfolio. I received my IL real estate broker license in 2014 to support others in their real estate goals. Recently moved to Eastern Tennessee and loving it. I am currently working on getting my TN license.
