Hi! I'm Kim, a trail running, homeschooling mom of two kids living in Lynchburg VA with my husband Jeremy. When our kids were younger we lived in an RV and traveled the country. It was wonderful! Now we're trying to build passive income through real estate so we can spend a year traveling the world with our kids before they go to college.
