I am 32 years old. I have worked in many different fields in different job types, never really finding my niche. But I found real estate investing a few years ago, and I was hooked. I am new to real estate investing, I am working with my friend on our first BRRRR property almost done with renovations buts it’s been a live in flip. I actively search various platforms for homes and try to do at least 1 analysis a night when looking at property. I have found a few that numbers have been great on but funding was another issue. I have learned so much through listing to BP podcasts and videos and website. I formed my business LLC a few months ago Untapped Homes. My goals are to acquire rentals through the proceeds from flips to build a stable portfolio to eventually have enough passive income from rentals when it covers my bills. Eventually leading to quitting my day job to pursue full time growing my business to provide a wonderful life to my family, friends and loved ones. And lastly is to try and help as many families with my business and get to a point where I can give back to things and people i care about or that need it. Would love to be able to provide cheap or free housing to veterans.
