Landlord, property manager, entrepreneur, and investor based in Arizona. During the last recession we launched a property management and real estate investment firm, scaled to 3900 homes across 10 markets, and then merged with a venture-backed startup out of CA. Another 4 years of scaling this merged entity to 14,000 homes across 25 markets and all the experience that comes with this growth leads us to today. I have decided to put my entrepreneur hat back on and launch a new real estate/property management firm and revolutionize the industry. Our focus is integrating all of the lessons of this past decade to streamline interactions and simplify transactions in this complicated industry.
