UPDATE- i sold my businesses and moved to the Philippines. I have enough rental income in the US to be able to live abroad. Experience: Own a dozen or so properties and am actively buying more. Real Estate Goals: I would love to get to the point that my investments allow me to quit my job and focus solely on Real Estate Currently Seeking: Currently looking for commercial property.
