Travis Harden

I live in the denver area and am currently a full time mechanic working on changing that. I got lucky to buy my first house in 2010. I unknowingly house hacked it to be able to keep it through my younger years. Everyone I know always said they made most of there money through real estate and I'm no different in my life up to this point with my one house, so I have decided to buy and hold rentals to continue the success I have had. I love to snowboard, camp and basicaly anything out side, it must just be apart of being in Colorado. I'm just starting out and am learning everything I can.
