I’m a real estate investment lender based in Orlando, Florida, specializing in financing for investors nationwide. I’ve originated over $100 million in real estate investment loans, helping investors finance everything from their first deal to large, established portfolios. My focus is on fix-and-flip and bridge loans, DSCR rental financing, BRRRR strategies, cash-out refinances, and ground-up construction. I work with investors to structure financing around the deal, whether that means acquiring a value-add property, stabilizing and refinancing into long-term debt, pulling equity from an existing rental, or funding the next project.
