I have been a licensed California Realtor since 2012. I am going through all the resources I can find to locate and purchase multi-family apartments (any amount of units) in up-and-coming locales, any state. I have lived all over California, in Montana, and in Alabama, and traveled extensively throughout the U.S., and I am open to anywhere there is an opportunity. On Bigger Pockets, I am looking for networking opportunities with private money investors. My investing strategy is conservative, but if a property works with the numbers and has location of interest, I want to be able to jump on it. I am also looking for mentors in the multi-family space, as well, so I can grow into 200+ unit apartment complexes.
