Howdy! I began my real estate investing journey in 2022 in the Bryan/College Station, TX area with an arbitrage that led to ownership. After graduating college in 2021 and being hired on at Twin City Properties - I was surrounded by the most generous and successful investors in my area that taught me about the benefits of real estate investing. For me, independence and the ability to be financially self-sufficient were the catalyst. After arbitraging two single family residence in Bryan, I used the income generated from those properties to purchase my first investment property which has now scaled to 7 units in 4 years. Being a licensed real estate agent in Texas (#782892) and an investor, I want to help people that are interested in investing in real estate start their journey.
