Self storage owner with a focus on automated, contactless, instant, anytime, online facilities. My market focus is currently the state of Florida due to the growth potential the state will continue to experience over the next few years. My current strategy is buy and hold, but would be interested in opportunities that have potential for substantial improved NOI that could then benefit from a 1031 exchange within the first two years. I also invest in single family homes and multi-family, there is always a market for those. I enjoy following real estate, and enjoy the challenge of fixing up a home or facility and making it better for the tenants.
