I am a relatively new real estate investor. I work full time as a consultant on environmental issues in commercial and residential properties. I am a certified and licensed indoor air quality expert who works on a variety of properties across Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. That includes the issue of mold, which I've trained in, worked with, and successfully resolved for almost 25 years. My business partner Ginny, comes from a home remodeling and residential construction family.
