Let's make money! Hey there, my name is Travis, and I come with tons of real estate experience. First a little about me. I graduated from a local Lubbock high school, and played basketball at LCU for a season before transferring to Texas Tech. I graduated from Texas Tech university in 2015, and fell in love with Real Estate. Instant fit! I was one of the top producing agents that year, and every year I have grown in production. I have been one of the top 10 agents year after year for production. Aside from sales, I also got into the investing field. When I started investing, my first deal was a BRRRR by accident. I was able to find a plethora of deals at that time, in 2017. Now the deals are harder to find, which is what makes myself unique. I am the best at tracking down deals that could be used as rentals, both turn key, and BRRRR. In one year, myself and a few partners turned over 40 BRRRR properties! I have gained so much experience not only in flipping, but the lending side, contractor connections, material knowledge, and numbers to the T! Why I started investing was a few key factors: flexibility of schedule, buying time back, and passive income to stack with my main income. I have found a niche for investing, and focus on listing homes, and remodeling property. I also have a strong faith, and that is how I operate my business.
