My name is Tyler Bradfield. I’m a commercial agent with the Oldham Goodwin Group in Central Texas. I started my real estate career as a residential leasing agent, working for a local student housing developer while in college. After signing over $1,000,000 in residential leases my first year, I was able to appreciate real estate as both a career and an investment vehicle. Within the first 12 months of graduation and venturing out into residential sales, I decided I was better suited for commercial, and made the switch. As someone who has sold and leased both residential and commercial properties, I offer a unique perspective and ability to help folks shift gears from the world of residential to commercial, where they can find more yield, security, and passive income.
