I'm a pilot, serial entrepreneur, and also the founder of https://flowster.app. In 2019, we purchased a commercial building for $1.3M that was very poorly managed. My wife did a fantastic job of overseeing the upgrades and then we sold the building a couple years after we bought it. (Wish we would have held it!) Experience: We own two rentals, for a total of 3 doors. Two of those doors are in San Diego. The other is in Hagerman, ID. Real Estate Goals: We intend to flip to build equity, and then use that equity to help increase the number of keepers in our rental portfolio. Currently Seeking: CRE deals (MHC, Storage, and MF)
