Trevon Peracca

I am a 28-year-old husband, father of two (three by the end of the month), and an 8-Year Marine Corps Veteran. I am just a regular guy trying to do exceptional things for my family's legacy. I grew up boarding poverty in the lower economic class and barely made it through school until the Marine Corps forced me to get my life together. From the moment I raised my right hand, I was on a mission preparing my body, mind, and team for the worst possible outcomes of every situation. In 2012 I met Ashley, now my wife. As our love blossomed we began a family, and as much as I loved the Marine Corps and serving our nation, I knew after having our second son my service was needed much more on the home front, so I passed the torch and began building my real estate business in 2016. Since I left the Marine Corps in December of 2018 I have been able to help dozens of families, couples, men, women, widows, and the elderly solve problems involving their real estate. I have prevented homes from being demolished, stopped foreclosures, revitalized communities, and given people an opportunity to leave their past behind and start over. My goal is to add value to anyone I associate with, whether I can earn money from it or not. I refuse to take advantage of people or violate my integrity. I always commit to handling each transaction not only legally, but also morally and ethically as well.
