I started attending real estate meetups in the last few months of 2016. They really inspired me and in first half of 2017, opportunities fell into my lap! I'm invested in a Syndication and my partner & I have successfully flipped a couple houses in the San Fernando Valley. I assisted a family friend with a foreclosure and subsequent sale of some vacant land. I'm always learning and we are currently looking for our next L.A. area flip house. Also interested in getting some buy & holds for long term cash flow.
