We have passive investments in large scale land development, private equity, and private loans. But our strategy of choice is finding and rehabbing small to medium multi-unit buildings and holding long-term (BRRRR strategy) Our goal is to collaborate with like-minded investors to create generational wealth for our family, friends and fellow investors.
