About myself
I am a buy and hold investor located about 45 minutes outside of Wichita Ks. Most of my investments have been fixer upper rentals with the occasional flip. My long term goal is to get around 10 single family BRRRR's and slowly sell the worst performing ones and 1031 into small multifamily.
