I have done over 70 transactions my 3 year career... that includes Wholesaling, Notes, Owner Financing, Rentals, Retail, Joint Ventures & Options! Now I work in acquisitions for the biggest investment group in Georgia, we buy 60-100 houses a month with 600 houses in inventory along 71 counties. I help build automated real estate systems.
