We are a family-run business based out of Richmond, VA that lend on fix and flip, new construction, rentals, and light commercial in the state of Virginia. Prior to becoming a hard money lender, I spent over 5 years at the commercial real estate data and analytics company CoStar. While at CoStar, I worked as a researcher in the DC office before moving to Richmond as the product trainer/consultant for CoStar and LoopNet products, developing strong relationships with the Richmond area’s commercial real estate players.
