Hello I'm Trey Williams a local realtor & investor active in Tampa and St. Petersburg. I have a passion for real estate, rehabbing homes and helping others do the same. Im a transplant from the Washington DC area with a background in construction management and have assisted in managing ground up banks, office buildings, strip malls, resturants and tenant fitouts of all sizes. I have also purchased rental properties and completed my own rehabs projects . Im a high integrity easy to get along with person thats a stright shooter. My goal is to help you buy, sell or invests in that property of your dreams and assist you along the way. I have been involved in construction my entire career in someway shape or form. From carpentry to land surveying and more. I currently am a Assistant Project Manager for a regional General contractor on $2M+ contracts. With these skills I have been able to complete my projects as scheduled and on budget and plan to grow my business further.
