I am new to real estate and am looking to invest in my first BRRR property (SFR or duplex to fourplexes) in Long Beach, CA. I am also interested in short term rental projects. I would like to learn about creative finance strategies in acquiring property. Ultimately, my end-goal is commercial real estate (large multifamily units).
