Timothy Rinehart

I have been a resident in Spring, TX for 23 years (excluding the 4 years of Military Service). Withing the last two years my interest in real estate evolved from a hobby to potential way to earn a living. I started by doing renovations on mobile home parks in Lumberton, NC, and from there I fell in love with the idea to turn trash into gold. Since I am starting in the real estate business I have very little capital, so I want to focus on creative investing. With that said I am open to any form of learning, and tend to take the philosophical approach to many things.
