I am a 35 year old Nursing Home Administrator that has moved 12 times in 13 years of marriage. So I feel like I have been a real estate investor my whole life. I have owned and rented multiple times and been lucky enough to have equity each time. I currently own one rental property. I am a father of 5 and scared to death of paying for school, food, etc. Real Estate investing has always been something I've wanted to do, but for some reason have been to scared to do it.
