I started my entrepreneurial journey in real estate as an agent, then transitioned into real estate investing and wholesaling where I completed 140+ transactions in the 8 Years I was in RE. Over the past several years, I explored beyond residential real estate into business acquisitions, private equity, commercial real estate, private capital advisory, and started AI agency to gain a broader perspective what of lies beyond. I continue to actively pursue acquisitions in home services businesses generating $500K+ in EBITDA/profit. Today, my primary focus is AX Private Capital, providing investors access to private capital to help fund their specific deals on their timeframe for fix-and-flip, long-term rental, ground-up construction, and CRE. Looking to get back into acquiring RE deals myself. I'm always open to connecting with serious investors, operators, and value-add service providers to figure out how we can collaborate and win together.
