Experience: Hey everyone! My name is Troy Williams. I am a Colorado native, currently living overseas in Asia, investing primarily in the southern US and abroad. I am an architect by education and practiced in the profession for nearly 20 years (9 of which were under my own design firm) before venturing in business operations, real estate, small scale development and property management. I have actively led the successful design, leasing, acquisition and/or construction completion of more than 1,000,000 square feet of residential, commercial and master planning projects across both USA and Asia. Bilingual in English & Mandarin, I have traveled to over 30 countries, lived and worked in 3, gaining hands-on, tech-savvy work experience encompassing the full range of building life cycles in several award-winning international firms. My amazing wife and I also have a small property consulting company based on China where we are active in recruiting overseas investors. My rock-star sister Colette Chase (based in Florida and also a BP member) and I are also working as a team. She brings 15+ years of home ownership, rehab experience and large group leadership skills to the team. Together, we bring a comprehensive package of experience to complete projects for the built environment at almost any stage. We own a growing portfolio of SFH and multi-family residential properties and are always looking to grow our network of like-minded real estate entrepreneurs. Real Estate Goals: SHORT TERM GOALS (3-5 years) : establish a network of multi-family residential and commercial properties in the states; focusing on sunbelt states; 10k/month net passive income. LONG TERM GOALS (5-10 years): expand this network to other profitable parts of the country and abroad; multi-family, commercial and ground up development projects. THE DREAM: Someday, I will buy an island and develop it into an amazing, but simple environmentally sensitive resort where I can build a community, learn how to be more self-sufficient and spend many warm days learning with friends and family.
