As of this writing June 24, 2015. I'm a local part-time real estate investor, in the DMV (District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia) area. My full-time day Job is a Sr. Project Manager within the federal government. I have wholesaled over 65+ properties, have fixed and flipped more than 15+ homes and currently have 7 rental properties.
