I don't like saying no to people and to money so when I had a house and someone needed a place to rent I rented it out and bought another one. Those tenants had friends and family that needed places so I continued to buy places for them. Others saw that I was a landlord and came to me to help them get a home and I kept trying to help out as many people as I can. After a couple years of buying houses I was able to quit my job and not have to worry about finding another one. I enjoy being able to help people out and am always looking for new deals and partners to take my business to new levels.
