I am a CPA who enjoys investing in real estate projects. I also have a passion for helping others structure their entities for business and tax purposes. Experience: I have rehabbed a historical mixed used property and currently have 4 additional SF homes (1 - 3/1 3 - 2/1). I'm also looking at continuing to add to my buy and hold portfolio. Real Estate Goals: To create an additional stream of passive income that would allow my wife and I to pursue our passions at our leisure.
