Project manager and deal creator with a background in architectural design. Originally from the east coast; now a proud Cincinnatian! Seeking to meet local real estate professionals who are interested in creating mutual benefit through deal partnerships. Experience: Tom has a background in architectural design, renovation projects, and multifamily investment properties. Originally from the east coast, Tom moved to Cincinnati in 2012 for architecture school at the University of Cincinnati. Since that time, Tom has studied the real estate trends in various Cincinnati neighborhoods, and has developed a track record for identifying properties and deals with strong returns. Tom now manages TS Real Estate Partners with his father; also Tom Savoca. Together, we are seeking to manage a variety of projects ranging from complete gut-out renovations to value add fix and flips. Our sweet spot is 3 to 10 unit buildings - straight residential or mixed use - in neighborhoods that are moments away from rapid growth. Real Estate Goals: Manage multiple renovation and fix&flip projects in the Cincinnati neighborhood within a 10 minute drive of downtown. Continue to build a strong network of advisors, investors, and partners to exchange mutual value with. Currently Seeking: Investors who are seeking medium to low risk deals with returns of 15 - 40%; with equity available in the $40 - $200K range.
