Experience (as of 2023): I currently have 3 LTRs in GA (all self-managed), and 2 in AL with a Property Manager. Real Estate Goals: As of 2024, the NET cash flow from my real estate holdings covers about 40% of my personal expenses. Still trying to add more passive income to help with a relaxed early retirement (hopefully 2025?) so I can have the freedom to do what I want to do with my life.
