Tucker Connolly

I’m a commercial real estate broker based in New York City, primarily focused on the outer boroughs, Brooklyn, Queens, and the Bronx. I specialize in sourcing off-market opportunities for investors, developers, and institutions looking to expand their portfolios in high-demand submarkets. I’m passionate about understanding the investment side of real estate and actively learning from experienced principals and operators. My long-term goal is to build my own portfolio of income-producing properties while continuing to help clients identify and capitalize on undervalued assets. Always open to connecting with like-minded investors, brokers, and property owners who want to collaborate or exchange market insights.
