Always considered myself a renaissance man. Enjoy the outdoors and the simple pleasures in life like walking my dogs and going for a swim. One of my main hobbies is video production, and plan on making films and music videos in the future. My entire life I believed I deserve "the good life." It's just taken me a while to find out how I want to get there :) Since 2007 I have operated my own business as a commercial real estate inspector, inspecting assets for commercial lenders and insurance companies. I have inspected thousands of commercial buildings over the years, from multifamily, to office, retail, warehouse, Class A, B, C, (and some F's)… you name it. CRE is exciting and dynamic to me, and not just a way to earn that good life. These are the places that make up society- they're where we shop, learn, work, drink, eat, let loose, and enjoy life. I am partial to urban development and renewal. I am looking to scout investment properties for current investors in the Sacramento area (where I live) and potentially the San Francisco Bay Area (where I lived for over a decade and visit often) so that I may build up the opportunities to invest in properties myself.
