Hello Everyone, My name is Terron and I live in San Diego California. I have two Kids ages 10 and 11. I have a background in college with an associates in Business management. I am now 32 and I have purchased my first home at the age of 25 in the year of 2011. I have a huge amount of Equity and I would like to learn on how to make a new stream of income using the equity I have accumulated thus far.
